Refund & Returns
Our commitment to clear, fair refund practices.
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all programs, camps, clinics, and private training services offered by Fury Performance Academy at our Woodstock and Cumming facilities.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund less a 5% processing fee, or full account credit.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before start date are eligible for 50% refund or full account credit toward future sessions.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before start date are non-refundable but may be converted to account credit at management's discretion.
Individual session cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.
Prepaid training packages are non-refundable but remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If Fury cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited to your account.
